Member of the team that worked to establish an academic partnership between Western Kentucky University and Chongqing Technology and Business University.  The partnership is primarily between the business schools within each university; however, they were specifically interested in the technology education taking place at WKU.  Represented Ogden College of Science and Engineering and the Department of Architectural & Manufacturing Sciences.
