Employment at TLC

The Learning Center is committed to providing a comfortable, friendly environment where WKU students can study, find tutors for their classes, or use our computer lab for academic purposes. We cannot do any of this without a qualified, outgoing staff. At TLC it is important for our employees to be exemplary students. A minimum Overall GPA of 3.0 is required for all positions. We also require students to have completed at least one semester of General Education coursework on WKU's campus. This is in order to provide students that use the Center with employees that are familiar with campus and that can be a resource to others.
