Six Sigma

Six Sigma is a data-driven approach to improving the quality of business processes. Since its beginnings in 1980, it has grown to become a well-recognized, valuable tool for continuous improvement in both manufacturing and service settings.

Location: Fort Knox Education Building 1174, Room 202

A Six Sigma Green Belt is the foundational level of the Six Sigma quality improvement system. Green Belt training explores the DMAIC process (define, measure, analyze, improve, and control) which is uniquely suited to improve existing business processes.

This rigorous, thorough Exam Preparation Series includes:

  • six four-hour training sessions
  • the textbook and additional materials
  • sample exams and other study aids

To ensure success, participants should be prepared to read and do recommended homework and review in addition to attending training sessions.

 

The Fall class has been canceled. We will reschedule for the Spring.
