Bio:

As an Instructional Designer, Alicia collaborates with faculty in the design, development, and deployment of online and hybrid/blended courses using current evidence-based adult learning and instructional design principles. She also creates interactive experiences that increase student learning, engagement, and motivation. Prior to joining WKU, Pennington worked in The Medical Center’s Education and Development Department designing online work-place training. This prior experiences allows her to assist DELO’s CPD department in the development and implementation of non-college credit continuing professional development learning courses.
