Message from the President

Dr. Gary A. Ransdell, President of Western Kentucky University

"Western Kentucky University is proud of its Army ROTC program. ROTC at WKU shares with the University a rich history and a tradition of outstanding leadership. Our ROTC students exhibit strong leadership throughout the campus. Academic performance, high character, and self-discipline are the traits most often exhibited by Hilltoppers who participate in ROTC. These students set a high standard for the entire WKU student body."
