Dental Hygiene

This state requires applicants pursuing licensure must have graduated from a dental hygiene program that is at least two academic years and accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) of the American Dental Association (ADA). WKU’s Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene is at least two academic years and accredited by CODA.

Additional requirements for state licensure may include background checks, official transcripts, fees, additional coursework, training, experience, and jurisprudence and board examination results.
