We welcome you to the School of Leadership Studies and are very pleased that you are
visiting our website.
We offer a great variety of courses, programs, and services, and we look forward to hearing from you about your interests in the study and practice of Leadership. We have certificates at both undergraduate and graduate levels, the Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership, the minor in Leadership Studies, and the Master of Arts in Leadership Dynamics. In addition, we provide services of leadership skills training to a variety of groups both inside and outside the University.
Our faculty is interdisciplinary with strong emphases in leadership skills, theory, and application, and our course offerings include aspects from a wide range of academic and applied areas in which leadership forms a focus. We recognize the need for leadership understanding and practice in every area of contemporary life and our programs are designed to help you meet the needs for leadership that you will face in your everyday life in the changing world of the future.
We have classes that focus on practical leadership skills as well as the concepts of leadership communication, leadership ethics, leadership in team building, critical thinking skills for leaders as they address future trends, leadership across the global world, political leadership behaviors, and the essential writing and speaking skills that will help students to have the preparation for their diverse lives.
