Kaliegh Belda is a graduate of WKU’s Computer Information Technology program and has worked in the IT Helpdesk since 2010. She currently serves on Staff Council and is also a graduate of the WKU Staff Leadership Institute. Kaliegh holds certifications in Knowledge-Centered Support Fundamentals, Knowledge-Centered Support Principles, and Support Center Analyst from the Help Desk Institute. She has received both the Technical Support Services Innovation Award (2012) and Leadership Award (2014) as well as the WKU IT Award of Excellence Ace (2015).
