Telephone Services

WKU-IT provides all telephone services for the University including on-campus, local, long distance, and international calling services as well as voice mail service. In addition to those basic services many additional features are available.

Please contact the IT Help Desk for support or more information about any campus telephone services, via Service Catalog https://td.wku.edu/TDClient, online chat http://www.wku.edu/it/chat/, or by telephone (270-745-7000).

 

 

Billing Portal

This system allows budgetary roles within a department to review all of their telephone services and charges. To gain access to this system, please place a billing request with the IT Help Desk. Contact options are listed above.
