The Mediasite Video Platform will be down for a scheduled upgrade beginning Wednesday, June 24th at 9:30am and will finish by 1pm. During the upgrade, Mediasite upload, edit and playback will be unavailable.

Network Infrastructure

ITS Network Services will be performing maintenance on network equipment in Wetherby on Tuesday, June 30th at 5:00-6:00PM and Smith Stadium West on Tuesday, June 30th from 6:00-7:00pm. Wired, wireless, and voice services will be unavailable.

Blackboard (Online Courses)

WKU Blackboard administrators are aware of a bug affecting Gradebook submissions, wherein faculty may encounter a blank screen when attempting to view submitted assignments. Faculty who experience this issue can contact the ITS Service Desk to report this issue and be notified once a fix is in place.
