Bio
In 2004 Jacob graduated from WKU receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Music. After working for an international corporation he returned to his alma mater in 2007 taking his post as WKU’s official video conferencing scheduler.
To date, Jacob has scheduled over 14,000 plus video conferences connecting WKU to countries such as Scotland, Canada, Mexico, Ecuador and South Korea. While helping to aid in expanding WKU’s international reach is energizing for Jacob, his true passion lies in training and supporting WKU faculty in the nuances of interactive communication technology.
More recently, Jacob acted as the event director for WKU’s first IT-Division sponsored Technology Expo and led the IT-Division’s Website Redesign committee. Jacob’s solid skills and expertise in marketing and business serve him well in his current position.
Jacob was the recipient of an IT Division Red Towel Award in 2010.
