Brandon has been with WKU and the IT Division for 10 years, 5years as a full-time staff member. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree in 2008 (Marketing) and obtained his Master of Arts degree (Leadership Dynamics) in 2011. During the completion of his graduate degree, Brandon also completed WKU’s Staff Leadership Program and participated in the 2011 WKU Confucius Institute’s Chinese Summer Learning Camp in Beijing, China. Brandon is also recognized by the InfoComm Academy as an A/V Technologist.
Currently, Brandon’s main responsibilities include supervising the Interactive Video Services’ Helpdesk, coordinating the Adobe Connect Pro and Enterprise Digital Signage Project, and managing the campus-wide procurement of projector lamps. Brandon also serves as the technical coordinator of all WKU video conferences, requiring him to communicate with individuals on a national and international level, to ensure quality conferencing services for the WKU community.
In addition to his IT responsibilities, Brandon is committed to teaching first year freshman in UC 175 – University Experience. As of Fall 2012, Brandon began teaching part-time in the University College and looks forward to reprising this role annually in the Fall semesters.
