Welcome to WKU's IT Chat Support.

Chat is offered 7:30 am - 2:30 pm Central Time, Monday through Friday.

We recommend using WKU Chat for requests such as:

  • Configuring email settings and Outlook tips
  • Password resets
  • Account requests
  • Subscribing/unsubscribing from mailing lists
There are some limitations to be aware of:

  • WKU Chat requires both Java and Flash to run.
  • No mobile chat clients exist.
  • If you are having trouble getting the chat client to run, we recommend calling the IT Helpdesk at 270-745-7000 or submitting an online request.
