WKU IT Chat Support
We recommend using WKU Chat for requests such as:
- Configuring email settings and Outlook tips
- Password resets
- Account requests
- Subscribing/unsubscribing from mailing lists
There are some limitations to be aware of:
- WKU Chat requires both Java and Flash to run.
- No mobile chat clients exist.
- If you are having trouble getting the chat client to run, we recommend calling the IT Helpdesk at 270-745-7000 or submitting an online request.
