Graduate students in the healthcare administration program were given a tour of WKU Health Services and educated about various areas of quality and compliance. Keith Lancaster, Elizabeth Unseld and Kathy Trulock spoke briefly about the importance of quality assurance and their roles within the organization.
Kathy Trulock achieves certification in Healthcare Privacy and Security.
