PTS Announces New Evening Transit Service (click here for more)
| Date: Tuesday, August 21st, 2012 | Return |
Parking and Transportation Services has expanded its transit services by adding a new evening circulator. The new Yellow Line will provide transit service between main campus and downtown Bowling Green in the evening.
The Yellow Line will be a fixed route service that will run every 30 minutes from 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm Monday through Friday during the Fall and Spring semesters while classes are in session. The new service will complement the existing Green Line and provide transit service on the main campus approximately every 15 minutes.
The evening transit service was the highest ranking service request in our February 2012 campus survey of students. Parking and Transportation Services continues to make improvements that we hope will be utilized and beneficial for our students.
