Congratulations to Gatton Academy finalists in the Siemens We Can Change the World Challenge

Gatton Academy students, Lori Lovell (biology) and Paul Fleischmann (chemistry) undertook a public education initiative focused on unsewered subdivisions around Bowling Green, then followed up with a karst dye tracing project targeting septic systems, and a larger-scale public education effort before and at the recent Household Hazardous Waste clean-up day. Their project was selected as the best high school project in Kentucky entered in the Siemens "We Can Change the World" competition.
100th Annual Meeting of the KY Academy of Science will be held on November 14-16, 2014.
34th Annual Mathematics Symposium to be held October 10-11, 2014.
The 2014 BSURE Symposium will be held October 31, 2014 at 2:00 p.m.
