Fitness Incentive Card Program
Registration: Sept. 5th - 19th
1st card turn in: Oct. 3rd - Oct. 17th
2nd card turn in: Oct. 31st - Dec. 7th
The Fitness Incentive Card Program is an 8 week fitness challenge to encourage participation in programming offered in the Preston Health and Activity Center. Participants can receive credit by participating in: Group Fitness Classes, Intramural Sports, working out in the Fitness Center, attending Sport Clubs practice, or even just coming in to walk the indoor track.
WellU Participants will receive credit after turning in the 1st card.
WellU participants will receive another credit after turning in the 2nd card.
Here's how the challenge works:
Stop by the Health & Fitness Lab to sign up, receive your FIC punch card, and to complete your 1st fitness assessment.
Once you have your punch card, it is up to you to use the facility 3 times a week. Once you have filled the first punch card, visit the Health and Fitness Lab for a half way assessment and receive a FIC water bottle! You will then receive a 2nd punch card for the next four weeks.
After completing your 2nd punch card stop by the Health and Fitness Lab to complete a post fitness assessment, program evaluation and receive a FIC t-shirt!
