Description:

Fit Body Boot Camp

Fit Body Bootcamp (FBBC) is a 5 week group training program for students, faculty, staff, and community members who are committed to improving or challenging their current fitness levels. FBBC will have you working out in the Preston Center dance studio, basketball courts, & track. Workouts will consist of interval training, resistance training, cardiovascular work, and flexibility training. This program is designed for those wanting to challenge their fitness level or for those who want to get in-shape by Spring Break. At the completion of this program participants will receive a t-shirt. 

 

Registration: November 30th-January 27th 

Starts: January 30th Ends: February 29th

 6:10-7:10am on MWF

Costs:

Students-$45    F/S- $50    Community- $55

You must complete at least 8 workouts to recieve WellU® Credit
