The Gatton Academy's Staff

April Gaskey received her Masters in Public Administration and Masters of Arts in Education in Provisional School Counseling P-12 from Western Kentucky University. She is also a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. April provides academic support for all things classroom related. Responsible for all Gatton course registration, she begins her work with incoming students early on by designing first semester schedules. She also oversees our Tutoring/Study Program by providing expert tutors for our core subjects and matching students with Gatton Peer Tutors. For students encountering that first academic struggle, check-in meetings with April are provided for an extra layer of academic support.
