Matriculation

Graduate student matriculation and policies are described in detail in the Graduate Catalog.  Minimum requirements include submitting the following:

1. Consult DegreeWorks for your current program audit: www.wku.edu/degreeworks
2. Comprehensive Exam/Capstone Completion (advisor submission on TopNet, degree-seeking students only) by the last day of the academic term attesting to successful completion of the culminating experience for the degree.
3. Apply for Graduation for each credential and pay the associated fee via TopNet. (Registrar's form and fee)

Students should consult with their faculty advisor throughout their program(s).  Contact the Graduate School (graduate.records@wku.edu, 270-745-2446) if you have questions.  Students who do not enroll in 3 consecutive semesters must reapply for admission.
