WKU Offices:

Center for Career and Professional Development (CCPD)

Western Kentucky University's Center for Career and Professional Development is located in Downing Student Union, 2001.  Services offered include career exploration, career engagement, academic career guidance, and job search preparation.

Housing and Residence Life (HRL)

Housing and Residence Life aims to provide a premiere living and learning community for WKU students.  Visit them within Southwest Hall or via phone at (270) 745-4359.

Office of the Registrar

Login to TopNet with your WKU NetID or WKUID to access current class schedules, course registration, pay your WKU bill, and so much more.

WKU Resources:


Blackboard is a virtual classroom setting where students can access multi-media, reading material, or additional resources uploaded by professors. Many of your WKU courses may use Blackboard as a way to turn in assignments, take tests/quizzes, or network with classmates.

Division of Extended Learning and Outreach (DELO)

The Division of Extended Learning and Outreach (DELO) is made up of units that take the educational resources of WKU to the citizens of Kentucky and around the world. They are the outreach arm of the university, offering both credit and non-credit classes to students of all ages.

WKU GPA Calculator

This GPA calculator provides an estimated GPA for your current term and/or overall GPA. These calculations are only estimates and therefore are not to be considered as your official GPA.

WKU Libraries is a portal to access materials, books, and media to assist in the pursuit of knowledge. Visit their website for information on upcoming events, operating hours, and access to online search tools.

Access current Registration Guides which list University office locations and contact information, University Notices, Semester Calendars, Advising and Registration Information, General Registration information, Tuition and Fees, Financial Aid Information, General Education Requirements, and Commencement.

Evernote is a product that allows you to take and organize notes in an efficient way. You can share and collaborate your notes with other users as well. Evernote has also partnered with Study Blue to allow for quick flashcard creation to improve studying.

Flashcard Machine

Flashcard Machine is a free service for creating web-based study flashcards that can be shared with others.

Khan Academy

Khan Academy offers a video library of over 4,000 mini-lessons on a variety of subject areas from arithmetic, physics, finance, history, and more.

Study Blue

Study Blue is a web-based and mobile resource that allows for quick and easy flashcard creation. You can also create study guides and quizzes to help review material. Study Blue has also partnered with Evernote to allow for quick flashcard creation from notes stored in Evernote.
