The doors of the theatre will open 30 minutes prior, but the Fine Arts Box Office will begin selling tickets up to an hour prior to the show.

No, recording of any kind and taking pictures are strictly prohibited.

Cell phones and other electronic devices should be turned off before the show begins.

Gordon Wilson Lab Theatre:

Follow the sidewalk to the back of the building.

If facing the back of the building, you should enter the door on the right.

Continue down the hallway toward the theatre.

 

Russell Miller Theatre:

Enter through the second-floor doors by walking across the bridge closest to Helm and Cravens Libraries.

 

Van Meter Auditorium:

Walk through the breezeway under the front steps of Van Meter Hall. There is a disabled-accessible remote-controlled door that will lead you to the elevators.

Gordon Wilson Lab Theatre:

Enter through the front doors closest to Hilltop Drive.

 

Russell Miller Theatre:

Enter through the second-floor doors by walking across the bridge closest to Helm and Cravens Libraries.

 

Van Meter Auditorium:

Enter through the front doors closest to Hilltop Drive.

You can wear anything you want! Some of our patrons will wear something dressier like a blouse and skirt or a button-down shirt, but your attire should be whatever you feel most comfortable in!

If you do not already have tickets:

It is recommended that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the performance to buy tickets.

If you have already bought your tickets:

It is recommended that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the performance to ensure that you have ample time to get your tickets from Will Call and find your seats before the show starts.

 All of our shows have an age recommendation, and you are welcome to bring your children to any show for which they fit into the appropriate age range! We offer children’s productions each fall semester, so check out our other upcoming events!
You can pay in person or at our box office with cash, credit, or check, or you can pay only a credit card if you call our Fine Arts Box Office or buy tickets online through wku.showare.com.
We will cancel the show if WKU has closed the campus. Refunds or exchanges will be offered.
No, food and drink are not allowed in any of the theatres, even though at some performances there may be a student organization selling baked goods in the lobby. If this is the case, we ask that you enjoy your purchases in the lobby before taking your seats in the theatre.
