Katherine Hale joined the Study Abroad and Global Learning team in 2012. She holds a bachelor's degree in Spanish, German, and Religious Studies from WKU and is currently working on her master's degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education at WKU. As an undergraduate, she studied abroad in Mexico and Austria, and she spent an academic year working as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Argentina after graduation. Previous professional experiences include working in residence life at the Carol Martin Gatton Academy of Mathematics and Science and teaching ESL in Warren County Public Schools.
Katherine's advising regions include Latin America, Spain, the Middle East, Asia, and North America, and she also advises inbound exchange students.
