Every Child Can! an introductory course on the Suzuki philosophy and its application to education. For parents, teachers, prospective teachers and others, this course provides an inspiring, in-depth look at the Suzuki approach to teaching and learning. For teachers, ECC serves as the first course in the Suzuki Association of the Americas Teacher Development Program. To learn more, read about the ECC course and its guidelines.

Dates: May 14-15, 2022

Tuition Fee: $125

All instruments. Maximum 30 students.

Location: WKU DEPARTMENT OF MUSIC is conveniently located 66 miles north of Nashville and 114 miles south of Louisville along Interstate 65 in Bowling Green, KY. The Every Child Can class will be housed in the Ivan Wilson Fine Arts Center and the newly constructed Music Rehearsal Hall.

In addition to the 10 hour ECC class, participants are welcome to join a Suzuki Play-Down presented by the students of the WKU Pre-College Strings Program and a 2-hour master class taught by Ed Sprunger at no extra cost (not required for the ECC class but all are welcome to attend!).
