What do I need to do to be approved to drive vehicles owned/rented/leased by WKU? |
Read the Use of Vehicles and Approved Drivers Policy. Fill out the drivers release and application form, make a copy of your driver’s license and send these to the Office of the CFO. If you do not have a Kentucky driver’s license, you need to contact your state’s department of transportation and obtain a 3 year driver history record and submit this as well |

What is the next step in the process of being an approved driver? |
Once we process your application and check your driver history record, we will inform your supervisor as to whether or not you have been approved. |
How do I become approved to drive 15 passenger van? |
Please contact the WKU Transportation Department to schedule your 15 passenger van training. |
