Emily Anne Pride
Emily Anne Pride, a senior from Bowling Green, is a second-year Spirit Master majoring in Corporate & Organizational Communication with an emphasis in Political Communication and a minor in German. She is a member of the Fleischaker-Greene Scholars in First Amendment Studies program in WKU’s School of Journalism and Broadcasting and was recognized as the 2017 Outstanding Corporate and Organizational Communication Student of the Year.
She is a member of Alpha Omicron Pi Fraternity where she has served as Panhellenic Delegate, Social Chairman, and Vice President of Standards. Previously, she has served as Vice President of WKU Panhellenic Association. Emily is a member of WKU’s Greek Hall of Fame and was recognized as the 2014-2015 Order of Omega Outstanding Greek New Member of the Year by the WKU Greek Community. She was the 2017 recipient of the Rachel Allen Alpha Omicron Pi Foundation Scholarship and the 2016 recipient of the Alpha Omicron Pi Fraternity Mary Louise Roller Award which honors a collegiate member who has provided outstanding service and leadership to her local Panhellenic, campus, and/or community.
Emily Anne is a member of the Omicron Delta Kappa Society, Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society, Lambda Pi Eta Communication Honorary, Rho Lambda Panhellenic Honor Society, and is a member of the Order of Omega. She is also a Phase II Facilitator for WKU’s Dynamic Leadership Institute.
