It is anticipated that required courses in the Recreation Administration major (REC 200, 302, 306, 320, 328, 338, 402, and 406) will be offered at least one time annually on WKU's Bowling Green campus in a traditional (face-to-face or mixed method) format. REC 490 will be offered during the fall, spring, and summer.
Elective courses (with a REC prefix) in the Recreation Administration major will be scheduled based on instructor availability and program needs. They may be offered in a variety of formats (e.g., traditional face-to-face, traditional mixed method, online, On-Demand, Study Away, Faculty-Led Study Abroad) and course lengths (e.g., full semester, bi-term, custom schedule).
Below, students will find the most current required course offering rotation matrix in order to help plan their schedules.* Students are required to meet with their advisor each semester.
