FEA invests in deserving U.S. undergraduates who are least likely to study abroad, with consideration given to financial need, demographic factors, and academic plan and preparedness. 

U.S. citizens and permanent residents studying abroad for at least 28 days in Spring 2022 are eligible to apply in this cycle.
