If you plan to earn an associate degree or bachelor's, please follow the application process for that degree and submit the certificate program form to your advisor

Helpful Tips to Complete the Admission Application

The 6-credit hour program requires students to complete the following course sequence with a grade of “C” or better in each course.

Students wishing to receive the certificate must complete the Undergraduate Certificate Form.
