"Before Admission" will take you through Online Learning 101. This is designed to address common questions, degree program options, funding your education, and will help you make an informed decision when choosing a school. This pre-admission orientation also allows you to experience an online classroom firsthand in Blackboard. If you're thinking about returning to school, you have access to a team of dedicated professionals that will assist you with the process, and be there for you throughout your journey as a student. Email us at learn.online@wku.edu to learn more!

The undergraduate student orientation is for non-degree seeking online students, including visiting students. You will find information on class registration, student account set-up, TopNet, Blackboard and myWKU. While this orientation may also be used as a reference tool for those seeking a degree online at WKU, it does not fulfill the Topper Orientation Program (TOP)  requirement for newly admitteddegree seeking students. If you would like more information about TOP for Online Learners, and how you can enroll, please email us at learn.online@wku.edu.

The Graduate Student Orientation for Online Learners is designed for both degree, and non-degree seeking graduate students who are enrolling in courses at the master's degree or graduate certificate level. You will find information on class registration, student account set-up, TopNet, Blackboard and myWKU, as well as graduate assistantships, research assistance, financial aid eligibility and award acceptance. It is designed to address your initial questions and direct you where you need to go. This orientation is not required, but is helpful to newly admitted graduate students.
