Agnes is an extremely average high school teacher who has always been embarrassed by her geeky younger sister Tilly. But when Tilly dies in a car crash, Agnes decides to play the Dungeons and Dragons module she left behind in order to connect with the sister she never really knew. In the process of fighting real and fantasy monsters, she learns more about her sister and herself than she could ever have imagined. Alternately hilarious and heartbreaking, She Kills Monsters explores how the stories we create have the power to reshape our lives. For ages 12+.
