During this workshop for office associates, there will be information provided about the partnership with CCSA and what the office associate’s role is in creating courses for students to receive WKU credit for courses taken abroad.
Do you find it difficult pronouncing the names of your international students and scholars? Come to this workshop to learn how to correctly pronounce the common names in the 3 languages representing the largest international student populations on WKU’s campus: Arabic, Chinese, and Indian dialects. Since seating is limited, a total of 30 spots are available.

This reception for WKU employees will provide free Chinese dumplings, as well as entertainment from the WKU Chinese Music Club. Attendees of the reception will also be able to meet with the new Confucius Institute teachers and visiting scholars with short lessons on how to use chopsticks. Also, there will be a free WKU Confucius Institute dress shirt drawing held.
