President Obama’s Plan for Early Education

The U.S. Department of Education has released a bulletin summarizing President Obama's recent State of the Union announcement of his proposal for Congress to expand access to high-quality preschool to every child in America. The bulletin provides a concise summary of the proposed plan and President Obama's commitment to providing comprehensive early learning to America’s children, beginning at birth and continuing to age five.
