A Video on Head Start and the Potential Sequestration from First Five Years Fund

"Hanging in the Balance: A Head Start for Low-Income Kids" is a recent video produced by First Five Years Fund. This important video shows how the Head Start program could face devastating cuts as a result of sequestration early next year, and the potential consequences on low-income children.
