NDEO Fundraisers for Fall 2014

 

Our WKU National Dance Education Organization Student Chapter is sending members to dance in Italy this summer! Our organization strives to increase awareness of dance through community engagement and various performances as well as enable students with the funds to further their dance study, research, and performance on a global scale. This year we are working to financially support members' travels to Italy in May for the incredible opportunity to perform and take master dance classes overseas while traveling to three different cities. This trip offers a unique chance for students to experience the universality of dance and immerse themselves in another culture. Please support our dancers' educations, artistic growth, and cultural experiences! NDEO will be holding an array of fundraising events; below is a list of the events including their locations, dates, and times. Come support the arts and education!

Yard Sale at 600 Kirtley Way on Saturday, September 6, from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Griff's Deli on Friday, September 12, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. 

Cici's Pizza on Friday, September 19, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Bruster's Ice Cream on Tuesday, September 23, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Dairy Queen on Nashville Rd on Tuesday, October 7, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Buckhead's Cafe on Monday, October 20, from 10:45 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

The WKU chapter of Kappa Delta Sorority will have plenty to celebrate Sept. 23 as it formally receives Kappa Delta’s highest honor for a collegiate chapter. The award presentation will begin at 11 a.m. at the chapter house, 1600 Chestnut St.
