The "Spirit" Pep Bands

 

The "Spirit" Pep Bands Perform at all Lady Topper home volleyball matches as well as Hilltopper and Lady Hilltopper basketball games and travels with the basketball teams to the Conference USA tournament and NCAA tournament. Students may receive one course hour credit by enrolling in pep band during the spring semester. The "Spirit" Pep Bands rehearses from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday evenings for the duration of basketball season. Members of the "Spirit" Pep Band are selected by audition from students who have previously participated in the Big Red Marching Band and receive stipends for each game they perform.
