I have been promoted to Division President. I truly believe that this would not have happened had I not received my MSETM degree. I am very proud of that degree and thank you and the others that helped make it possible.
Mark Perdue, Division President, Leggett and Platt
I changed jobs two years ago for another $20,000 increase. I'm make just over $100,000 a year now. I also manage the full program implementation and growth for world class manufacturing. I handle all the project launching and management of teams, coaching, lean, and six sigma training, and profit/loss analysis for future projects. This is the first official year of projects and we will have saved 1.9 million. I love it! I'm so happy that I pursued the Masters program at WKU. It has truly has changed my life. I'm actually considering starting my PhD next year.
Susan Mordecai-Roush, World Class Manufacturing Manager, Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Saint Gobain Norpro
Like many other professionals, personal and career goals led me to further my education. My undergraduate experience at WKU left a lasting positive impression on me so I decided to try graduate school as well. Now that I have completed the program, I am very satisfied with my choice. This program has given me opportunities in my career that I would not have otherwise. I was a bit skeptical of the program at first, but I quickly realized that the faculty and staff at WKU were well-prepared and were willing to help if I had any questions. Thanks for a challenging and beneficial experience.

Christopher Moore, Director of Engineering and Manufacturing, Industrial Gas Technology. Inc.
The program offers students flexible educational opportunities. The ability to concentrate on one course at a time roughly every eight weeks was very appealing and allowed me to focus on academics without overwhelming my family or employment responsibilities. With solid faculty direction, insight, and support, I had a better educational experience with this program than my previous degree program.
Paul Mooney, Compliance Coordinator, Office of Sponsored Programs, WKU
Overall I really enjoyed my experience in this program. I liked that I was able to relate the information from classes to my responsibilities at work.
