Organizational Leadership JUMP Program

JUMP Program

Organizational Leadership Joint Undergraduate Masters Program

Joint Undergraduate-Master's Programs (JUMP) provide students the opportunity to complete both an undergraduate and graduate degree in approximately five years. Qualified students who have been admitted to a JUMP may complete a maximum of 18 graduate hours as an undergraduate student and count a maximum of 12 hours on both the undergraduate and graduate transcript. Students will apply to the Graduate School upon or before earning more than 18 graduate hours.

The requirements to do the Organizational Leadership JUMP Program is to have at least a 3.0 GPA Overall, and have completed at least 60 credit hours, and no more than 90 hours; however if you have completed more than 90 hours we can appeal this.

Students from other majors/minors can also complete our JUMP with their advisor approval.  Please come see us for more information.

Our Minor can also be JUMPed, will is an excellent opportunity as well.

The standard plan for the program for the Org Lead major or minor would look like this:

LEAD 500 would replace LEAD 400.
LEAD 525 would replace LEAD 330.
LEAD 540 would replace LEAD 440.
LEAD 565 would replace LEAD 465
.

The above plan is not absolute and we can make changes. If you have any questions about this program, or would like to participate in it, please contact John Baker, john.baker1@wku.edu, GRH 3091.
