    [Section_Value1] => <p>John Baker is an Assistant Professor in Organizational Leadership, an academic unit in the School of Professional Studies, University College. Prior to joining WKU in 2006, Dr. Baker had a career in the US Army where he spent over 26 years on active duty serving throughout the United States and overseas.&nbsp; His assignments included various command and staff positions, Instructor at the United States Military Academy in the Department of Geography and Environmental Engineering, and Professor of Military Science and Leadership at both Drexel University and Western Kentucky.&nbsp; Dr. Baker earned a BS degree from West Point in 1980, a MS degree in Physical Geography from the University of Wisconsin in 1990, a MS degree in Engineering Management from Drexel University in 2000, and a Doctorate in Education from WKU in 2011.&nbsp; Dr. Baker's research interests focus on peer and military leadership.&nbsp;</p>

    [Section_Value2] => <p>Dr. Butterfield teaches a variety of courses in the Information Systems field including Database Management, Systems Development, Computer Architecture, Business Telecommunications and Project Management. He has ten years experience as an electronic engineer working with medical instrumentation design , compliance testing, and clean-room manufacturing. He has managed " maquiladora' facilities in Tijuana Mexico and has consulted for firms seeking to move their operation offshore.</p>

<p>Dr. Butterfield has published research in a number of journals including, Journal of Systems Management, Team Performance Management Journal, Journal of Industrial Technology, and Information Systems Management. He is a member of various professional organizations and has served on the editorial board of several journals including the Journal of Database Management, Journal of End-User Computer, Journal of Systems Management, and Informing Science. He enjoys speaking in various forums and has lectured on Setting Up Manufacturing in Mexico, Managing Technical Professionals, Jumpstarting the Design Process, and Emerging Career Trends in the 21st Century.</p>

    [Section_Value3] => <p>Kristie Guffey is an Assistant Professor in Organizational Leadership, an academic unit in the School of Professional Studies, University College. Prior to joining WKU in 2016, Dr. Guffey had a career as a director of the Kentucky FFA Leadership Training Center, a division of the Kentucky Department of Education, Career and Technical Education for three years. Guffey earned a BS degree in agriculture education from WKU, and taught agriculture education and was an FFA advisor at Carlisle County High School. &nbsp;In 2006, she earned her MS degree in Agriculture Education from Murray State University, and a Doctorate in Education from WKU in 2012.&nbsp; Dr. Guffey's research interests focus' on global mindedness, personality assessments, and cultural intelligence. &nbsp;Guffey has been an advocate of study abroad and global learning for many years. &nbsp;She has lead over 17 study abroad trips to Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands through WKU.&nbsp;</p>
