Who is eligible?

The Graduate Certificate Program in Organizational Leadership offers a interdisciplinary graduate academic program. You will enhance your understanding of leadership theory and practice while applying it directly toward your academic or professional area of interest.

Students admitted to graduate studies at WKU can elect to pursue the graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership (12 Credit Hours) by itself or in conjunction with a masters program in a specific discipline.

Graduate students must have completed the graduate studies application process (GRE not required for Certificate).

Electives (15 hours)

Students select graduate courses that best support their personal goals. Current graduate credits earned at other institutions may be used as electives.
Students can elect to earn a graduate certificate and use up to 12 credit hours for both the graduate certificate and program electives. 
Military students may use graduate credits earned at military schools (CGSC) upon approval of advisor.
