    [Section_Value4] => <p><strong>Bio:<br /></strong>As the Program Manager for WKU's Lifelong Learning, Cindy develops and guides a wide range of noncredit programming that extends the learning and outreach of WKU. Lifelong Learning partners with content experts to provide this region with enrichment opportunities for every age group and in a variety of interest areas. Her previous position was with WKU's Leadership Studies Program and she continues as part-time faculty teaching undergraduate and graduate Leadership courses. She also continues with research in the area of leadership assessment tools. Prior to joining WKU, Ehresman held a variety of leadership roles in business organizations, primarily focused on property management and the business and industry contract service sectors. She has over 17 years experience providing operational and marketing direction for diverse organizations at local, regional, and corporate levels.</p>

<p>As the Assistant Director for the Center for Innovative Teaching and Learning, Wren provides both in-person and virtual training and consultations for faculty who wish to better their skills with technology in the classroom and online teaching; this includes Quality Matters training. She also serves as a facilitator for the Graduate Assistant Teaching Institute (GATI), for the Part-Time Faculty Teaching Institute, and for other Professional Learning Communities for faculty at the university. Wren is also consults with faculty and staff on integrating High Impact Practices (HIPs) into their courses and programs. Previous to her position in with CITL, Wren served as the Training Coordinator for Distance Learning (2013-2016) and as the Instructional Coordinator for the Faculty Center for Excellence in Teaching at WKU (2010-2013). Wren came to work in faculty development and training from faculty, working as an Assistant Professor in English at Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College for KCTCS (2005-2009), and she has also taught for WKU as an Adjunct Instructor in English since 1999 and in the Organizational Leadership program since 2016.</p>

Her dissertation, Academic Dishonesty in Online Learning, examined both face-to-face and online students&rsquo; attitudes toward and practices of cheating.</p>

    [Section_Value3] => <p>Dr. Meredith Skaggs has a love for all things higher education. This love began as a dual credit student attending Owensboro Community and Technical College where she is now employed full-time as an Associate Professor of Communication. After completing her general education courses at OCTC, she continued to Georgetown College earning her degree in Communication and Media Studies.&nbsp; At Georgetown College, Dr. Skaggs participated in Lambda Pi Eta and graduated with a Equine Scholars distinction. Continuing forward, Dr. Skaggs attended Western Kentucky University for her graduate course work.&nbsp; She completed her Masters of Arts in Organizational Communication, focusing on crisis communication and response in 2009 and recently earned her Doctoral Education degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, focusing on the impact of an institution&rsquo;s culture on student success. &nbsp;Currently, Dr. Skaggs teaches LEAD 300 for WKU.</p>
<p>Meredith enjoys riding and training reining horses, kayaking, reading in her ENO, photography, running, and supporting area Christian ministries for high school and college students.&nbsp; She is married to her high school sweetheart and the two reside on a small farm in Ohio County with their 2 dogs.</p>

    [Section_Value3] => <p>Michael Sweeney is an Adjunct Instructor for LEAD 300 in Organizational Leadership, in the School of Professional Studies. Prior to joining WKU, Mr. Sweeney had a career in the US Army where he spent over 21 years on active duty serving throughout the United States and overseas.&nbsp; His assignments included various leadership and staff positions, Drill Sergeant at the United States Army Military Police School, and Senior Professional Development Noncommissioned Officer at United States Army Human Resources Command.&nbsp; Mr. Sweeney earned a BS degree from Columbia College and a MA degree in Management and Leadership from Liberty University. Mr. Sweeney's interests are in mentorship, physical and mental fitness, and family.</p>

    [Section_Value3] => <p>Sophia Sweeney is an Adjunct Instructor for LEAD 300 and LEAD 330 in Organizational Leadership, in the School of Professional Studies. Prior to joining WKU, Mrs. Sweeney had a career in the US Army for over 20 years on active duty serving throughout the United States and overseas.&nbsp;&nbsp; The bulk of her professional career has been in the Military Police field.&nbsp; She performed various duties such as Squad leader, Drill Sergeant, Drill Sergeant Leader, Platoon Sergeant, First Sergeant, and Command Sergeant Major. &nbsp;She is currently a Career Program Manager for Army Education Services personnel.&nbsp; She has also performed duties as the Comprehensive Soldier and Family Fitness Training Center Manager on Fort Knox which is most known for the Master Resilience Training courses and as a Transition Education Counselor, where she counseled as well as facilitated Higher Education classes to assist transitioning service members, veterans and family members in search of colleges, their educational benefits, and financial aid.&nbsp; She holds an and Associate of Arts degree in General Studies and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Columbia College, a Master of Arts Degree in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University, and a Certificate in College Counseling from UCLA. Mrs. Sweeney&rsquo;s hobbies are spending time with her family, fitness, and reading.&nbsp;</p>
