International Year Of Cuba Exhibitions
Exhibitions offer audiences the opportunity to further engage the International Year of Cuba through object-based learning and oral histories. By bringing guests face-to-face with artifacts and stories, this year's exhibitions will help guests explore Cuba through a new lense and facilitate ongoing knowledge acquisiton.
The IYO Cuba will feature two interdisciplinary exhibitions in Spring 2019. Programming associated with each exhibition will be announced in the spring.
January 22 - April 6: The Island of My Love: The Faces and Stories of Cuba
Cuba Amor: Los Rostros y Los Cuentos Del Camino
An exhibition featuring the stories of art, artists, teaching, and a photo documentary (Project Simple) curated by Miwon Cho, PhD (Art) and Jesús Molina of Cuba.

March 9 - May 28: Arte Cubano
An exhibition highlighting Cuba's incredible diversity and representing more than twenty-five Cuban artists' ruminations on the everyday, social, and political realities of the island and the contemporary world.
