In conjunction with the Kentucky Folklife Program and WKU's International Year of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Department of Folk Studies and Anthropology‘s graduate Foodways class will be presenting a Bosnian coffee demonstration at the Kentucky Museum on October 26, 2017, beginning at 4:30pm (room TBA).
Join us as Senida Husić and Sanida Palavra prepare coffee and discuss the importance of coffee and ćejf to Bosnian culture and tradition. Anyone interested in Bosnia, coffee, or tradition is encouraged to attend.
