About the ZSEIFS: The ZSEIFS program is an intensive, international professional development experience with the goal of internationalizing the teaching, research and service of faculty participants. Participants generate new country-specific knowledge and connections, resulting in the internationalization of their teaching, research/creative activities, and service. The 2018 ZSEIFS to Cuba is scheduled for mid- to late May and will last approximately two weeks.
About the Info Session: ZSEIFS Cuba Faculty Leader Andrew McMichael and representatives from the Office of International Programs will be present to answer questions and provide clarifications on a range a matters. Alumni from past ZSEIFS programs will also be present to field audience queries, share firsthand experiences, and offer advice. With no set script, we anticipate the meeting being guided in large part by attendee questions. Possible topics covered may include the application process, cost-share requirements for individual faculty, in-country logistics, expectations regarding outcomes, etc.
