Gathering the MAC Address
The MAC address of the built-in network card is written on the outside of the unit somewhere. If it cannot be found, or if the card has been replaced, follow the steps below.
- Open the Tivo menu.
- Select Settings.
- Select Phone/Network.
- The Mac Address and IP address will be listed on this page.
