Regularly Rebooting Your Computer

For convenience, some people leave their computers logged in and running for long periods of time.  However, rebooting your computer allows necessary security updates to install.  You can reduce your vulnerability to security exploits by restarting your machine regularly.  In addition, shutting your machine off at night helps reduce our energy consumption and clears out failed processes and other computer memory “clutter” that can slow system performance.
