Junk Mail Filtering in TopperMail

Your TopperMail account has settings to filter potential spam and phishing emails.  Identifying these uses an algorithm that sometimes generates a "false positive."  In other words, a legitimate email message may get tagged with [??SPAM??] or moved to your Junk or Clutter folder.  If you are expecting an email you do not find in your Inbox, be sure to look in your Clutter and Junk folders!

You can adjust or disable some of these settings:

•    Disabling Junk Filtering -
•    Marking Email as Not Junk -
•    Turning Off Clutter -
