Desktop Support provides hardware and software technical assistance with university owned, computers that meet minimum standards for support. Desktop Support also provides warranty support for Dell and Apple brand computers that are covered by a valid parts and/or labor warranty, and hardware support for printing and imaging devices meeting minimum standards for support. Desktop Support only services university owned hardware that is supported in the IT Support Standards. University owned hardware is generally indicated by the device having a WKU inventory asset tag attached.
