When hiring student consultants, we evaluate several criteria. A candidate does not necessarily have to meet all desired qualifications to be considered.

 

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate
• Good Academic Standing (GPA 2.0 or higher)

 

Essential Skills Needed for Success

• Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, customer service, and listening skills
• Experience troubleshooting technology issues or systematically describing a process to customers
• Experience writing documentation and instructions

 

FAFSA Requirement

If you have not already done so, make sure you have a current FAFSA on file. You may not work in any campus work study program without this paperwork on file. It can take several weeks for this paperwork to process, so you should start it immediately.
