          As the Assistant to the Executive Director of International Enrollment Management, Rita is instrumental to coordinating and executing the day-to day activities for the Executive Director. She oversees the front office procedures as well as management of the IEM budget to include knowledge of University financial policies and procedures. She supervises and ensures internal inventory systems and supplies. She researches and prepares complex international and domestic travel arrangements which includes preparing itineraries and travel reimbursements in accordance with University policies. Rita maintains a complete knowledge base of departmental roles and responsibilities to refer inquiries to the appropriate office/personnel.

          Rita earned a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership in 2017 from WKU, a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis of Business in 2008 from WKU, and an Associate of Science, with an emphasis of Medical Administration from Bowling Green Technical College in 2004.  Her previous employment experience as a Distance Learning Specialist with DELO-WKU and Assistant to the Director of Nursing within long term care administration has prepared her for the job responsibilities as Assistant to the Executive Director.
